Our three Gloucestershire "Old Spots" pigs have been humanely raised in open air pasture since they were piglets.  Fresh water, feed, grass...they are happy pigs!

 

You can customize your pork package direct with the USDA processing plant.

 

$2.75/pound hanging weight, which will be determined at the processor + cost of processing (~$0.60-$1.25/pound).
